The Oswego Cultural Arts Commission and Oswego Public Library District present the 7th Annual Oswego Literary Festival on Sunday, September 30 from 9am-1pm. Held on the library’s sidewalk and main floor, please join us for Illinois author signings and book sales direct from the authors themselves, a raffle, live music, a community art exhibit, readings, and more!
